The debut for ALOS organization was the “ART” Neighbor – an international youth forum, held between 20 and 30 May 2003 in Vitosha Mountain, Bulgaria. The project, supported by the British Council, aims the cultural exchange between Bulgarian and Romanian young people through the language of art. The Romanian counterpart to ALOS was “Studio 24” from Bucharest. It included studios for photography, action painting, performance art and camera obscura. The final exhibit in a form of exposition and performance was well accepted by a broad audience in Central Sofia cinema theater.
